Mike
Lafayette, FNP has practiced in Colorado for ten years and brings
a global approach to patient care with his diverse practice background
in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Orthopedics and Physical
Medicine. Mike is a credentialed mid-level provider with Pinnacol
Assurance's SelectNet occupational medicine network.
Mike received his Masters degree in Nursing from the University
of Colorado, Health Science Center in Denver and a Bachelors of
Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa. He is certified
both as a Family Nurse Practitioner and as a Rehabilitation Nurse.
Mike's experience, knowledge of medical case management, and Workers'
Compensation makes him an asset to the practice. Mike will begin
to provide his services in the Colorado Springs area in March 2007.
